Last time I spoke with Eric, he told me that Kester had taken off to vacation and couldn't sign off the attorney letter. He also told me that they luckily got a new attorney but there would be a delay... He told me it normally takes 3 days for Macrepport to fill the EDGAR and therefore today or tomorrow should be the day,, hopefully !
