The PPS will get pushed around here (manipulation) until the company gets to the OTCpink tier. Once that happens, the bid will swell and the manipulation will cease to be viable as the PPS migrates to reflect the companies true market value.

IMO, of course.

Today's current cash flow and # of companies on each tier OTC.
Look where the money's at.
