Hello Mr. Tracey,
Thank you for emailing me and allowing me to contact you personally with questions. I am a shareholder and own roughly 400,000 shares of PHOT. I have been interested in the direction that Growlife is moving and want to continue adding to my portfolio. So a few questions answered by you will help me decide how much more I choose to invest.
1.} Without divulging privileged insider information, do you expect the company will be diluting / adding shares to the actual shares amount any time soon?
2.} Can you provide me with a target value that you would like to see PHOT trading at this year? .10 .20 .50 $1.00
3.} It has been made clear in recent PR’s that Mr. Scott is wanting to expand demographically into brick & mortar outlets, so can you elaborate on how many stores could be open within the next 6 months and where?
4.} When do you think the new website www.cannabis.org will launch and have you already locked in celebrity endorsements? Can you tell me which celebrities are on board?
5.} With all the great news of legalizing recreational use combined with the medical cannabis distributor outlets, are you looking to merge with any other companies or do you have your sights on the acquisition of anybody else?
Thanks again Mr. Tracey, I know I have asked a lot however; I believe I am investing in the right company within the cannabis sector and have a small group of fellow investors that have been on the sidelines watching. Our stock has been churning along around the .038 range and to some of us that are willing to put thousands of dollars into PHOT need that executive push that only you can provide. Please take your time in preparing the answers to my questions and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
