I expect news early December as per last Press Release they should have had signed agreements with Geoproduction (Shona Energy)by Dec. 1st. Obviously, someone is walking it down, most likely because of that expectation. Unfortunately, no news, that's why the PPS has slowly gone lower. No matter how you shake that stick at it, I have to look at it this way.
They are not concerned with updating investors in a timely fashion. Then positive news can eventually arrive.
Or they failed to meet one of the milestones of Shona Energy listed here.

I believe that they are still trying to get the deal completed and have run into some obstacle due to the merger of Shona and Canacol which has delayed signing of contracts. GLTA
