No problem

If it is truly a bunker you need one light, no refrigerator (stored dried oatmeal, beans, nuts, maccoroni, peanut butter, canned tuna, dried fruit, powered milk) boom box, and not a hell of a lot more.

One 250 watt panel will be plenty. Anything else will draw attention.
