Rubinfeld and other members of the board are well seasoned
veterans of the stock mkt wars, and understand well the hurdles, including short selling, that small upstarts must overcome in order to succeed. They have seen it all. I believe one of the catalysts to their decision to reissue new shares prior to the Jan. 8 meeting was to corral the shorts from using their existent shares to play their game, just for that short interim before the release of the results of updated tests, and the conference. Because of the proximity Jan 8 I believe many shorts are going to think long and hard before attempting to plummet the price this close the the 8th, with the understanding that an early release of news is not off the table. It's a gutsy game of poker, and AMBS mngt has tipped their hand, and proven to be up to the task! Looking forward to tomorrow!
