CEO wants to uplist to a major exchange by May.. CEO got a cusip name change approved that will take effect tommrow .. The reason behind that because there was a lot of naked/phantom shorting going on with this stock. So very smart move on mngmt part to get all the old shares cleaned up and accounted for and start fresh .. the kicker is that alot of brokers would not allow selling of the old shares since last week.. just a heads up ., if your new here tommrow should be a good loading opportunity before we continue out ascent to blue skies
