IMO that is unsound advice, regardless of the company. Even more so in the penny stocks. If you were speaking of a Blue Chip I might agree.
Here in Penny Stocks such as CNOZ most go broke or never show any signifant profit to move the PPS. Have you looked at the past company's CNOZ CEO has been involved with? They are stagnant at about the same PPS CNOZ is after years. Yes, they fully report to the SEC also. Does this mean they will be profitable? NO
