I found the same results. Took powerfuse in the morning before I ate, waited 1hr, got no reaction. Tried electrofuse after working hard during the day and had no noticeable energy difference. I get much more noticeable energy boost from my 100mg All -B-complex. The B-1 single tab 500mg gives me the most energy. I am in great shape-don't drink alcohol, coffee, tea or smoke. Eat a balanced diet and don't have an adrenal problem or diabetes. So maybe for persons with poor diets etc-the goo might work.
