2012 Annual Report posted on OTC today (i think) raised a couple questions for me:
1) what do any of you know about AJW Qualified Partners. if i'm reading the annual report properly, it looks like they and hayes are each getting 2+B shares. Quick and dirty googling makes it look like AJWQP are being liquidated and sued. thoughts?

2) when do you think the company will publish its full year 2012 balance sheet and income statement? interim published through 11/28/2012.
