Sylvrewynde, who apparently has vast legal expertise, raises extremely valid points on RB. And I quote:

"Once again, contrary to what chef263 has stated and what YOU seem to think, MY status as a shareholder has NO bearing on the validity of my opinion or my right to ask questions and expect them to be answered civilly and directly. ALL of the questions that I've asked that are pertinent to Telatinos remain unanswered. ALL of the questions I've asked that are pertinent to Telatinos are questions that ANY rational thinking person WOULD ask BEFORE investing money in a company. I believe that the fact that the officer(s) and Director(s) of this 'company' REFUSE to answer those questions IS highly indicative of fraudulent intent. A "badge of fraud" as defined by Black's Law Dictionary (7th Ed. at 134) is "[a] circumstance that the courts generally interpret as a reliable indicator that a party to a transaction was trying to hinder or defraud the other party." An example given is making a false statement. YOUR statement that "without such facts it is a lost cause" is WRONG in it's context of a pretrial issue. THAT is what trials bring out ..... FACTS."

There are more than a few people hiding facts around here that involve this company...Why all the secrets and flip-flopping? Hard to do that when pinned down in a court of law, isn't it Sylvrewynde? Serf says that there are no "juicy facts" available? What planet has he been hanging out on? LOL.
