There are no IOU shares. There is only insider dumping. As usual.

Nobody needs a link to the OS and the AS.

The OS got to over 850 million before going dark, and the AS has been jacked up into the billions. MMs can't do that stuff, but Kennay can, and did.

The IOU share fantasy is something that shows up every time a pinky scam stock goes down the tubes due to insider dilution. This fantasy is so popular that a website has been formed to support it. But the facts remain. The SS is bloated, and now dark. MMs can't issue and dump shares. Kennay can.

Kennay can dump shares at will and not even report it. MMs can't.

So where is the most likely source of all these shares being sold?
