I wonder if weedmaps went back to the original guys? I was sort of hoping to see something yesterday or today about who bought them (and I was HOPING it would be MJNA). But it might be this clause that is forcing the sellers to "sell":

"If we are unable to satisfy our obligations under the notes, it will have a material negative effect on our cash flow, operations, profitability, and we could be forced to return WeedMaps to Mrrs. Hartfield and Hoerling."
