9.99% (based on the total of 290,640,244 outstanding shares of Common Stock) This was Dec 12th. Why would you post about an OS of 200 million just a few weeks earlier when it was clear there lenders were about to sell all over the investors heads again? The OS is probably around double of what you posted just a few weeks ago.
