Happy New Year from a dysfunctional Capitol Hill, DC.

I plan on going out to the Aikido dojo for an hour's practice before midnight and get slammed to the mat a hundred times or so. (Hey, I'm a small biotech investor.) Afterwords we celebrate and toast the new year.
