Agree I thought start of construction would be a good bit sooner than a year? Permits and equipment order by this June and operational by Feb 2014 according to their posted schedule. I assume that would mean construction start could be around the June timeframe? as I doubt they would wait for the Dec 2013 equipment arrival before starting the facility construction, that would not make sense. Is something going on here or has schedule changed? Please no delays. Happy New Year All!
