as usual great DD.
IMO, the banks & goverment & the stock holders (Israel Corp, SunDisk, Macroniks) will keep Tower alive.
i prefer to look at the "half full glass" in this case.
it's huge risk, but with huge potential of benefit.

btw - my 1k$ order in TASE was filled in the open market (at 530 points).
"stop lose" in case of dropping under 485 points (or 1.05$).
