Perhaps modify your deleted post and omit anything that could be considered remotely OT or not falling in the TOU. Everyone is interested in the real reason why EB-5 financing did not happen in 2012. I have my suspicions and have expressed them plenty.

Before placing the blame/reason solely on the government, supporters would be well served to remove the rose colored glasses for a moment and consider neutrally the terms of the proposed JV with NBRI as well. All I can say is I would not put my 500K in on a venture such as this, even if I was convinced there was 10B worth of gold left in the Ruby. The terms are not advantageous to the EB-5 investor, even in the case of success. I should not have to lay this out to anyone who would honestly consider these terms for the proposed investor - Who the proposed JV actually benefits is clear, IMO. And its not the EB-5 investor. The EB-5 investor is scratching his head wondering what is in this for me besides a visa, again IMO.

Best wishes for Perry and NBRI investors in the Fraser project in 2013, its the only pragmatic thing I see happening. Best of luck in actually producing any gold in 2013 in a cost effective manner to produce profit on top of expenditures.
