Further's my earlier point regarding what happens when Tobacco/Beer/Distillers want into the Industry, along with larger type investors.
There is no choice but to take out or bid up these names. Infrastructures are in place, plus it is literally pennies for Big Corporates to swallow up smaller established players than 'compete' on the ground and 'take' share. Traditionally, this always happens the exact same way.........buy into existing established 'fringe' businesses in developing industries and then expand them 1. nationally and then 2. globally. It is not worth the learning curve to build from scratch, especially in MMJ's case, with the natural distrust and dislike of big Gov't and big Corp America. Maintain the 'local' flavor just with a larger parent company.
Again, folks, just think about prohibition, the cash that was involved, and how much money was made in the early years after it was appealed. Literally fortunes were made. Generational type money, can you say Massachusettes Family with a Prez and numerous Senators...............
To be honest, I am shocked its not 3c bid yet.
Happy New Year to All!
And as always, my opinion ONLY, not a recommendation!
