does that indicate a cash dispursement before a reverse split.

VLNX=Very bizarre.

It would make more sense if they wanted to move up to another board or attract bigger players, they would have kept the price higher then reverse split.

But then again someone sold only 784,000 shares by end of fri, why not 10 mil.

Either case, I'll hold and wait to see what develops. If it's a lose, lick my wounds, move on, and find the next penny play.
