ORDERED, that the Exclusive Periods as set forth in Section 1121

of the BankruptcyCode are hereby extended on a co-exclusive basis

with Iroquois Master Fund Ltd. and HudsonBay Master Fund Ltd.

(collectively, the “Lenders”), with the Debtor and the Lenders

each having an exclusive right to file a plan of reorganization

through and including February 9, 2013,

and the Debtor and the Lenders each having an exclusive right to

solicit acceptances andrejections of such plan through and

including April 11, 2013.
