FYI: Some good info in the December Shield issue! Home Depot Foundation commit to giving $1 million to Hurricane Sandy efforts - over 60 non- profit groups working in the region – Eco Pledge2 Vets awarded $10k (see pages 81-85!)

Also article page 47 on benefits of Eco RED Shield for building insurance - does seem a no brainer that one – win for customer should attract lower premiums –less risk for insurer - lower maintenance costs -(perhaps property maintenance builders might view as loss of work if less replacement materials needed in the future ) -anyway if getting protected lumber mandated in new building codes is anything like your Fiscal Cliff stand- off –regulatory building code change might take some time !

Also note Chardan Capital helped sponsor the recent town hall meeting & advertise in magazine ! They helped broker Eco loan in August -(paid with ECOB stock I recall ) better keep friendly with them - repayments /penalties due dates Feb 2013 !

Maybe we will get a CEO Letter to shareholders soon !
