The 4 scenario's. 1). New MM, New TA,and 211 gets completed. 2). Buyout, some company involved with KMAG buys KMAG out, IMO .50 to .80 cents. 3). KMAG does a reverse merger into a shell company. 4). KMAG stays on the greys and continues on releasing Q's and the PPS reacts accordingly.

Either way, KMAG survives, our CEO rocks!.
