Nice try at sidestepping the point. lol The point is that there are some huge very successful hugely profitable companies trading on the pink sheets which continue to grow and are providing huge returns to shareholders. Others have already pointed out how once TEVE is profitable. it could start distributing dividends to shareholders on a regular basis. This would benefit everyone but those that are short.
Those that are short can pony up each time a dividend is paid. The shortman cannot complain to the SEC and ask for intervention either.
The more sucessful the company the more the dividend payments can be increased. I would much prefer to see the money presently spent on meeting reporting requirements be disbursed to shareholders. Heck, some companies pay dividends monthly rather than quarterly wouldn't it be spectacular if TEVE were to choose that route? None of us know what Mr. Lenfest has planned but I am hopeful it will prove to be a learning experience for those that tried to bankrupt the company and an awesome investment for those that own shares. Whoever chose TEVE to short really screwed up imho. Go TEVE!!!
