Do you realize that VNDB has been doing end of year promotions imediately followed by either an R/S or massive dilution since 2010? There has never been a successful run from their promotions too.

Why would anyone believe this attempt at a pump and dump will work? They dumped nearly ONE BILLION shares at .0001 to insiders who are flipping at .0002-3 - that says it all right there. Look at the charts.
