If you look at a filing not too long ago RVPL settled all debt with shares at a strike price of $0.25.

Those that took shares at that price for whatever was owed to them know they will get out at .25 or MORE. I think they took the shares knowing they will be worth more than just cashing out what they were owed.

Last two days this puppy just got noticed. Going a lot higher...
