09.13.09 Rockelle Corp., (RKLC.pk)– Rockelle Corporation, base in Miller Place, NY, signed a $30 Million contract with a small Chinese Investment Group to expand it’s Franchise Licensing and Operating operations nationwide US.

An anonymous source confirmed a deposit of 14.7 million dollars into Rockelle Corp’s Corporate account on Aug. 27, 09.

The company said to be : Was negotiating the partnership agreement terms with the Investment Group since March 08 and the closed deal calls for the Investment Group to acquire 49% steak in Rockelle’s equity for ½ (one half) of the closing price of RKLC on March 3, 2008. ($.058).
