claims of huge gains in any penny stock should make everyone's eyes open and question the validity of the company itself. Sometimes with companies like this, the corp. entity is set up to make a few people money converting debt, etc. and lining their pockets. They don't have to put money in the company and can easily keep it for themselves. There are instances of people, hiring promoters and creating liquidity then liquidating securities for the folks that bought the debt and converted to shares. Although it is legal, it leaves the shareholders in the existing market, in a bad spot because of the dilution, and if the money raised doesn't not go into the company, there is absolutely no reason to own shares in a company that is designed to pay for someone's lifestyle and not to build an actual company. This is what is happening here in my opinion. Again, the entity is designed to raise money for several people's lifestyle and not to build anything. A Legal Scam is what it is.
