I think your logic goes something like this:

"AMD filed a lawsuit against Intel, therefore it must have merit."

Unfortunately, there is no logical connection here. AMD filed a lawsuit. It may certainly be a frivolous one. The fact that many have already come forward to denounce AMD's claims doesn't look good.

There are those who couldn't see logic if it hit them between the eye's.
Have you noticed the people who were SPECIFICALY named did NOT refute what was stated in the complaint.

Don't let logic get in your way!
Or the law for that matter, typical intelitubie response.
