It's been around for a few years. When Guyer first got involved, there was a shot at it, but having to deal with the reclamation issues from prior ownership, it's been dragged out. The fact that they didn't update the fact sheet and corporate information for what seemed endless time was relative to the work at hand.

The conditional permit is now in hand (one conditional issue) and the timeframes have now been closed up. Financing remains the sticking point. If it comes through, as the company has suggested, things will continue to change in the favor of an increasing pps.

The latest revised corporate fact sheet says

We expect that this strategic plan will allow Colorado Goldfields to reach its goal of profitability, potentially within the near future.

The 18 month reference has been removed. Near future could be imminent, or it could be in the 3rd fiscal quarter. Interesting sling shot today. Maybe something's going to happen and we won't know about it until after the fact. Monday should be interesting as well.
