Why are you worried? Who are you trying to stir up? New investors read more than just your posts. The 10k will be posted when it is due, not before, to suggest they post it early speaks to your overall knowledge of how companies "follow" the rules of the SEC.

Be patient. It's coming, that you can be assured of.
