Right. A company who's diluted over 250,000,000 shares in the first 9 months. This is a good thing.

The PPS did follow accordingly. It dropped where it belongs. Well, to be honest above where it belongs, but back to its normal range.

I know there were shares available at lower levels so they should have counted as buys.

Unlike you, I was watching L2 when it opened. The Bid/Ask at open was .0012 X .0015 and I thought something was up then, with 4 transactions PreMarket.

But alas, it was what it is. Dilution. Do whatever it takes to convince yourself that W2 is going to pay off but it's not.
