Promo never happened, I've been following this stock since July and in august when the forward split went through the volume was sedated, not a formula for a paid pump. SYAI keeps closing solid deals every few months but remains under the radar, once a few more good acquisition PRs hit in 2013 volume will start flowing in, but keep it up bashers, until then I have tiny bids in the subs you can help clueless traders whack
