Guys what does it matter? The substance of any agreement would need to be dissected before the champagne gets passed around. I never seen a group of investors so willing to celebrate before actually hitting the tape. I'm sure management is not intentionally trying to create two different classes of shareholders...one in the know one not..so any promotion here or on FB that creates that illusion is not beneficial in the long run.
