FORMER MIHL ACCOUNT REINSTATED JUNE 13, 2007 BY THE IRS AFTER A SHORT VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION IN 2006

I believe that the use of partial and misleading headings for post only confuses potential investors and causes possible damage to the company pps and reputation.

In response to your off topic post:

1. What does the divorce and IRS suspension/reinstatement of an ex auditor have to do with MIHL?

2. I know the divorce was horrible because Joe told me, as far as the details - I am not really interested nor is any of my business or the business of this forum. This is a way off topic questions.

3. To be honest I really did forget why Joe was suspended but thanks for reminding me, although I fail to see what relevance this has on MIHL. The suspension occurred 6 years ago and the reinstatement 5 years ago. What if anything does this have to do with MIHL in 2012 especially when this person has never issued any financial reports that anyone was to rely on and is no longer the outside auditor.
