I am very red on neom so I say this without optimism... Only with business logic. I find it very hard to believe that Kraft and Microsoft would partner with a company on such a scale without a certainty that they were going to be around for a decently long haul. I am sure that YA has been addressed in these conversations as a concern and dealt with. We are just not privy to that info. I trust the legal teams and accountants at these companies that have done their DD more than I trust yahoos that live on a message board.
