At this time MIHL is not an SEC filing entity therefore for 8A is not required to be file. Joe in fact has been divorced for some time, as to where and when the divorce was finalized I have no idea nor should this be a topic of this discussion. As far as accounting issues Joe's firm was always an outside accounting auditing firm. The management of the company decided to hire someone who they felt had better handle on what the company is trying to accomplish.
