MIHL “Former?” Accountant Simontacchi

"Reinstated August 13 2007"

Why was he suspended by the IRS in the first place?

"It appears he agreed voluntarily and I have no idea why or what was the problem. But it appears it was either not major or resolved. Be as it may that issue has no bearing at all on MIHL since it has retained a new auditor yo move it to the next level in corporate development."

Oh what a tangled web we weave. They say that someone who tells the truth does not require a good memory.
And you would think that knowing someone for 'twenty years' would at least afford the opportunity of knowing how to spell their name.

The original response to this inquiry in July 2012 was recognized then as blatant B.S.
There were no records in NJ of any divorces involving any Simontacchi. His wife Amy is still with him....never left.

DO YOU REALLY THINK the IRS would suspend a CPA over a personal marital problem?

A voluntary suspension does not imply a minor infraction...its the same analogy as 'we will let you resign instead of being fired' or 'pleading guilty to avoid all the ugly facts coming out in a trial'.

"I have no idea why or what was the problem."

THE BIG ISSUE HERE IS DECEPTION. TWO DIFFERENT RESPONSES TO THE EXACT SAME QUESTION. THAT PUTS EVERYTHING ELSE SAID IN DISREPUTE.
