Really? Are the following factual or fiction? Kind of comical IMHO. Morgan Stanley??

Kennay's not going to PR anything until he has free-trading stock to sell,

Kennay is NOT going to distribute any "free" BVIG stock to individual KATX shareholders, especially if he has not yet had a chance to step in front of them

I still think that date's going to be a problem for two reasons:
