Spot on, except I am fairly certain the way they have things structured this is a big pharma buyout likely before ASCO 2013. If big pharma waits too long it wont be a buyout it will be a merger. I see no indications that they are in it for the long-haul. I believe this also why they are not particularly interested in upgrading their exchange from the "stinky pinks" because the drugs will be worth what they are worth on any exchange. Though they may eventually be pressured in to upgrading.
