I would agree if it were the actual plant... But it's the office location... Probably got a good deal on office space and considering the environmental impact they will most likely want to be present in the community for education and goodwill.... Also they might have gotten a good side deal on that particular space due to the land deal... I used to be in comm real estate in fl... And in these smaller towns only a handful of people usually own the land.
