There was aslo a Ruters Article about 3-4 weeks ago
saying the same thing,

it went into the fact that new techologies make it alot more
feasible to extract oil than before and as you said it

stated we would become a #1 Oil producer in the near term

I think there might be a lot of small star-up's like DKGR
is doing now,
