At what will the "Dry Powder" do push it back up to 2.07?? It's amazing how just a few weeks ago this was going to $ 6 bucks...now were back in the dollar range. Who on earth would want to invest in such crap...knowing this happends with every jump upward.....for the past 4 years this has happened...it never holds and never will.
This is and always has been a Shorters dream...it is too predictable.
