Don't forget the statement on their recent report that stated:

any of the Common Stock registered under the Registration Statement that remain unsold at the termination of the offering, the Company hereby removes from registration the Common Stock registered under the Registration Statement that remains unsold as of the date of this Post Effective Amendment No. 1.

So you may have less than what you think, which will make it increasingly difficult to pickup any shares as now the only way you will get them is if someone is selling, no longer is there a stock pool of common shares held by the transfer company. Those have been deregistered. I recommend shareholders contact the transfer company or company directly to see how this effects you.
