Just my opinion, but lower prices are probably coming. The company has yet to show it can make anything other than talk happen. Construction of the pilot plant, on which the future of the company and shareholders rests, hasn't even begun yet. Monday's news does not bode well for smooth waters ahead, so additional delays are likely. This will only serve to depress the price further.
