When the news broke, I called Boeing within 2 minutes because as others have suggested past deals didn't check out. Another person suggested it's been a lousy 4 years in the economy and they are lucky to be still in business. Those other companies may have struggled and bailed on PSID who knows.
So anyway, I called investor relations and the science and technology division and said I was an investor in PSID. A few people later and the name I got from Science and Tech actually called me back fairly quickly. At first he kind of laughed reminding me how big the company is and said if there was a B in front of it maybe he would know something about it. I was very polite, gave my name and number and only asked him if the Press release, which he quickly found on the psid website, was true, and that was the only thing I wanted to know.
Later the same morning he got back and said "yeah, we signed a deal with those guys" and that the press release was correct. I thanked him and wished him a great holiday. The next day investor relations called and had nothing to add and I am not sure if they even knew about it.
When they get back to YOU please let us know but for sure the deal is in play.
