All you can do is report them all to the SEC alleging fraud and stock manipulation and let the SEC take it from there. I suppose you could file a civil suit if you have the funds to do that. Bottomn line is the SEC doesn't have the resources to chase after pink sheet companies. Since 99% of all pink sheet companies are scams it's pretty hard to herd all them cats.
