I have heard there are new dosage recommendation's coming after years end. With 6 being the lowest dose for people that weigh something like 125lbs all the way up to 12 per day for someone weighing over 225....supposed to be right on the label. I started off on 6 pre day for a few weeks and nothing....almost gave up on it. Then someone I know went to a meeting where someone from the company was, think it was Wright,and he told him I needed to be taking 12 to see optimum results. I take 12 and have for 6 months. 6"2 240..... No more cortisone shots in my shoulder from bursitis....stuff works great for me and a few others that I know of.
