They diluted but unlike most they were responsible and only diluted what they needed to and the whole while ta was not gagged. They were transparent about it and kept os low. Temporarily killing share price but in my opinion it was necessary and used to benefit company and we will return to those levels. This sp is a gift and will never be seen again next word we get from these guys.
