The indictments today WEREN"T related to leaking her identity.
Fitzgerald admitted that he wasn't alleging that an outing occured. He went as far as to say that he wasn't even making a judgement as to whether she was in fact covert at that point or not.
The allegations of an outing was what caused the prosecutor to be appointed.
Again, None of the indictments accuse anybody of outing Plame
As an aside, the original source of the situation was Wilson's report. A bipartisan Senate commmittee concluded that he lied in several aspects and disputed his public assertions that the notion that Sadaam was interested in nuclear material was a lie.
So, Wilson has been discredited and the notion that his wife was outed has been shown, by the inference of what Fitzgerals said today, is just another unsubstantiated assertion.
If the left that got hard ons over the whole deal think that this will lead domino fashion to the downfall of Bush will be suffering blue ball syndrome
